Justin Gardner began his illustrious sales career by establishing a media charity focused on human rights, where effective sales strategies were crucial. Transitioning to an investment broker role, often dubbed the SAS of telesales, Justin honed his skills and identified two significant gaps in the market: the lack of formal sales training and the inefficiencies in traditional sales recruitment.
Recognising that many enter the sales profession by chance and lack essential closing skills, Justin created “The Closer Academy ,” a comprehensive program that turns novices into professional closers. Additionally, understanding the challenges faced by smaller companies, he launched the “The Commission Only Closer,” which trains commission-only salespeople to drive business growth without financial risk.
